some issues affected my stay

small roomhard bed
I was a bit disappointed with the room size. It felt smaller than expected. there wasn't ample space to comfortably move around with luggage. also, the bed felt quite hard, difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bedding itself seemed a bit old.

Excellent stay near Senso-ji Temple

helpful staffcomplimentary coffeesimmon bedinadequate air conditioning
I found the staff very helpful. They offered good advice for my travels. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea. This was available . My room included simmon beds. I had a single bed all to myself. The lobby offered a place to sit and eat. This created more breathing space.
The air conditioner in my room did not work well at night. The room temperature remained at 25c based on the thermostat. This. The linens were not breathable.
Location
9/10
The hotel is a few minutes away from Senso-ji. Bus stops near the hotel offer quick transfers. A bus took me directly to Skytree. That was CONVENIENT!!!
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides free lemon water, tea, and coffee in the evening. Fruits are available at midnight. It helped with jetlag. A Lawson convenience store is across the street. This is very convenient.
Dining
10/10
There are supermarkets and department stores within a 5-minute walk. I found lots of restaurants to choose from. This made dining options very accessible.

The location was quite convenient. A bus station offered direct access to Nippori Station, THAT connected to the Yamatoe Line. This line goes to many famous spots. Our room had usb ports above each bed. I found this to be very useful. The space was sufficient for two friends if you are not prone to leaving your luggage open.
I had breakfast but some food was cold. The coffee was also cold. The staff at the reception was kind, but only okay. I think it could be better. I also found the breakfast to be only normal. Nothing special.
